I love that the product was vacuumed sealed. But once I unpackaged it, it didn’t have a bag or anything with it to give as a gift, what I mean is it would appear to be used instead of be in a packaging like at the store. Other than being a gift, I like the packages like that. It does take time to fluff up once opened just fyi.

    I was so impressed with everything about this transaction! I went into labor 3 weeks early so I still had a couple things I needed, a nursing pillow being one of them. I ordered it while I was in labor, it shipped the next day and was at my door by the third day after my baby was born! The pillow itself came vacuum sealed which I thought was awesome and the pillow case is every bit as beautiful as the picture. It was easy to get the pillow into the case and the zipper has a cover so it doesn’t scratch. It’s also really durable, nice quality material. It already has been spit up on and it didn’t soak through the case immediately like other pillow cases. I washed it by hand just because it was most convenient for me that way (I’m not sure the actual care instructions honestly) and none of the colors bled.
    I really love it and it makes nursing easier.

    Perfect Gift for New Nursing Mom

    Purchase this as a gift for my daughter, upon the birth of her first child. She loves the size and quality of this particular nursing pillow, and has put it to good use since her baby was born and she has adjusted to nursing for the first time. Wonderful to use not only for nursing, but for Dad and others to use for cradling the baby. Love that it is 100% cotton and easy to clean. The cover can be removed and laundered, if necessary. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable nursing pillow.

    This is a very nice nursing pillow! I like the fact that the pillow has a zipper in case you need to add more stuffing in the future. I like this one better then my boppy! Baby seems happy with it. It’s nice and fluffy. Pretty pattern as well. I got the roses and purple flower cover.

    The shape of the pillow was that of a horse shoe as normal. The quality is top notch! The size is of natural size needed to nurse a newborn. I'd spend my money again for this product.
