I have worn quite a few types of compression socks over the past 12 years, and these are at the top of my list for comfort and effectiveness. I have been wearing a pair of these socks every day since they arrived. I put a pair on just to test them out—not expecting to wear the pair all day and another pair all night. They are just so comfortable and effective. I even forget that I am wearing them. That’s a first. I usually cannot stand wearing compression socks for more than 8 hours at a time. These are exceptional in wearability. While recovering from stress fractures of my metatarsal bones, my physical therapist had recommended that I wear compression socks to help relieve stress on my feet. Being a teacher at that time, I was on my feet all day. So, over the years, I have been in constant search for comfortable and effective compression socks. I think I finally found ones I really like, that actually work well. The fact that these socks are knee high compression socks is even more amazing. I have tried other knee high socks, but never found any that I could stand. What caught my eye regarding these compression knee high socks was that the product description mentioned that they were designed to feel comfortable on people with wider calves. That’s me. My legs are not sticks. They have shape. All compression knee high socks that I have tried before were like wearing tight elastic bands on my legs. I finally just gave up on knee socks and just used ankle high compression socks. I am so glad I noticed that part about being designed for wider calves. Otherwise, I might not have the pleasure of wearing these super comfortable socks. Having broken my feet numerous times, my feet are very sensitive and not the easiest fit for any socks. The socks can’t be too tight in the toe area or too loose in the heal but they must compress the middle of the foot and the ankle snuggly but not too tightly. They cannot have any seams that might press against any sensitive area. These socks fit the bill for all of my needs. The first time I put on a pair of these socks, I was a bit wary. Initially, they seemed hard to pull-on. So, I was worried that they would be too tight. Thankfully, they felt comfortable immediately. I was very pleasantly surprised and delighted. I also love the feel of the fabric.The socks have a little bit of thickness but not bulky. They are breathable, so they feel comfortably warm but not sweaty hot. I love all of the Christmas-themed designs on the socks. Some of the socks have designs on the legs and the feet. Since I wear pants all of the time, it is nice that my granddaughters will be able to notice that I am wearing Christmas socks. Being as comfortable as they are, I am really glad that there are 8 pair of Christmas knee high socks in this set. I plan to wear them all year long because I really like these knee high compression socks. They’ll put a jingle in my walk no matter what time of year it is. I recommend them to you.

    These socks are quite comfy and do not shrink when being laundered ! They feel like a regular knee sock but are snug enough to keep swelling down .

    There is no way to pick measurements that make sense . These are too tight and I have there’s on many clients over the years but these will not go on over the heal or toes
