I had a c-section 4 weeks ago. For the first 3 weeks I was wearing the hospital binder which was definitely too bulky to wear under clothes. Then I bought a belly bandit c-section recovery girdle underwear. This was better than wearing the binder but it didn’t provide enough compression at the actual incision area. Instead it actually made my c-section shelf bulge out more! Then I bought these briefs a couple days ago and I must say I love them. They provide a good amount of compression at the incision area and make the shelf look smaller. They are comfy and I don’t feel like I’m suffocating in them. At the same time they provide compression on my abdomen and incision. I liked them so much I just bought another pair.

I found these briefs were great for recovery when I was wondering what the heck to wear. I didn't think I would want anything covering my incision but these didn't aggravate it at all. I wish they were a little bit higher and had more compression to kill 2 birds with one stone. Once my belly started shrinking, they didn't fit as well. These are HSA-eligible so I used my HSA card to buy them.

Don't waste your money After my emergency C-section I was looking for something comfortable to wear during recovery and I saw these and decided to give them a try (I bought a belly band during my pregnancy from this brand and loved it) but sadly the underwear was literally a piece of junk. The cut was awkward, it was so uncomfortable against my butt and waist, even though I bought the correct size which was L. The material didn't have much elasticity and overall I found the design to be very lacking. Because of this I barely wore it and then it started coming apart, with threads coming undone at a majority of the seams. Very poorly made. I wasn't even active enough to warrant this. I ended up trashing it. Not worth the money.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She is getting to the end of her pregnancy and was struggling through her day and she said it makes a world of difference wearing this support.
