High quality built scooter. Very easy to assemble and it’s virtually silent. At the price point, its very competitive to other brands but this is above in my opinion. Well built and my child has been enjoying their birthday gift. Does not come with front or rear lighting so I recommend getting a set.

This scooter was super easy to put the pieces together. It charges easy and holds charge good. The speed is also decent. My daughter was timid on it at first. I’d definitely recommend this. It holds a good amount of weight also. I wouldn’t buy for an older teen (boy) as it doesn’t like hills

this was perfect for my 8y son. I did not want one that went so fast he would needed a helmet and pads. This one is perfect. It has multiple speed settings, he can put it one the automatic one and it goes slow enough he can stay with us on a walk. The "super fast" speed setting is fast but not crazy. He loves it and can control it well at all speeds and my 13y daughter also rides it some. It is a good scooter for younger kids. The lights are also a great touch and they can be turned off when not needed.

We bought two of these a couple christmases ago. They come with a short warranty and both of them stated to have battery issues right at the end of the warranty
I emailed Segway about it. They asked for a detailed description, serial numbers, and videos. I provided everything. They delayed in response and after I asked again for support they asked for a long series of actions and testing measures. It seemed clear they had no interest in supporting the product and instead have a process to bury you in required actions in hopes you’ll give up, which I did.
I don’t buy this!

I want to start by saying the scooter itself is definitely quality and my son who just turned 8 loves it. He had no problem hopping on and going literally the first time trying. And he had never rode a scooter before. That being said, if I were to go back I probably would have bought the C2 pro if it was on sale. There are some upgrades that this scooter does not have that would be nice, the biggest one would be the addition of lights. Lights are a must for early school morning trips or if it’s daylight savings and gets dark out early. And also for some reason they don’t include a bell on this one?!? An odd choice for a scooter aimed at younger kids. Also, 9.9mph is plenty fast don’t get my wrong but a little bit more speed wouldn’t be bad either.
