Built sturdy , great customer service/support. Bought one as a gift , electronics were defective , after contacting seller , they were very kind, apologetic and quick to respond & take action in replacing the scooter . We purchased a second scooter for these exact reasons . They truly do stand behind their product.

Love this scooter. Great product with lowest price available. It goes pretty fast and holds a charge very well. It was super easy to assemble and rides great.
