Which flange size should I use?

Flange fit drives comfort and how much milk you express. The box includes 24mm and 28mm flanges, with 16mm to 32mm sold separately. To size correctly, measure your nipple’s diameter and add 2-3mm. A wrong-size flange can reduce comfort or output.

The suction feels weaker — is the pump failing, and how often do parts need replacing?

The motor is rarely the problem. A loose or worn duckbill valve or backflow membrane is the usual cause. Reseat and dry it first; that often restores suction. If not, replace duckbills every 3-6 months and the backflow protector when suction fades.

The rhythm feels different and my output seems low — is something wrong?
